During the meetings you we will not need to share your story, but remember that it is a safe and secure environment for you to share what you have been through and there might be someone with a similar story.

How do I join a meeting for the first time?

A zoom link will be offered you will get to meet everyone and the leader of the meeting the rules will be written in the chatbox and you will have time to speak and share your story if you'd like.
